These terms govern your use of Veritess (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to them.
Veritess provides revenue planning estimates and judgments for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the Service.
The Service compares your assumptions against curated industry ranges and states whether a goal looks reachable. That is an estimate of plausibility, not a prediction and not a guarantee of any outcome. The comparison ranges are directional unless labelled otherwise — they are assembled from public reporting and experience, not audited data, and they are not specific to your company.
We describe how this works, and where the method is weak, on the methodology page. If a decision requires audited figures, the Service is not a sufficient basis for it.
Creating an account may place you on a waitlist rather than granting immediate access to every feature; access is granted at our discretion while the Service is in early release. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the Service or other users.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections on liability, disclaimers, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.
You agree to indemnify and hold Veritess harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Veritess regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
The Service, its content and branding are owned by Veritess and its licensors. The inputs you provide and the reports generated for you remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritess is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VERITESS'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.
